Granite Renewables/Site Layer 4 LLC met with WDEQ staff at an all divisions meeting on March 11, 2026, and a pre-jurisdiction meeting with the Industrial Siting Division on May 13, 2026. To date, this project has not had an official jurisdictional meeting with the Industrial Siting Division. All documents that are responsive to this public records request have been released from the Industrial Siting Division.
Our other divisions will continue reviewing records that may be responsive to this request. Thank you, and I hope you have a nice day.
